4. Wszelkie wyświetlane dane udostępniane są w celu umożliwienia kontaktu z Abonentem domeny lub w celach bezpośrednio związanych z nazwą domeny.
5. Korzystając z bazy WHOIS, akceptują Państwo Zasady korzystania z bazy WHOIS poświadczając jednocześnie, iż dane będą używane w celach zgodnych z prawem, jak również:

7. NetArt Sp. z o.o. zastrzega sobie prawo do ograniczenia dostępu do bazy WHOIS, nałożenia limitu na liczbę odpytań, jak również do zmian Zasad korzystania z bazy WHOIS.
